"The Kimpton Brice was in a great location at the end of Bay Street, close enough to walk to the madness, but far enough away for peace. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My 2 Queen room was enormous. I didn't use the pool but it was full every day. I would avoid the rooms that sound the courtyard though. They seem like they would get a lot of foot traffic. There was also a free wine and hors d'oeuvre reception in the lobby every day at 5 pm "
"Beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The staff was very nice. The restaurant Lavender was delicious! The service was wonderful and the rooftop view was gorgeous!
The only thing I wish was there was a pool. "

"What a beautiful experience! We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff, and the amenities exceeded expectations! From complimentary drinks at the on-site bar, to discounted meals from the attached restaurant, East Bay Inn is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, clean old hotel with charm for days. River walk, food and bars, all a short walk away. "
