"Excellent and safe stay at this brand-new property. There was a lot of thought put into the building of this compound of rentals. This provided the perfect getaway. Bacalar is not too far a drive, and property employee Alex provided the utmost service being very attentive and friendly as we asked him about suggestions of places to eat and things to do when it was raining. "Wunderschöne neues Haus mit total großem Pool. Hochwertig ausgestattet. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Fahrt zum See dauert ca. 10 Minuten und man ist dort in der Natur pur. Super Zugang zum See und jede Menge Sitzmoeglichkeiten am Ufer, Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Wir waren vier Tage in der Anlage und hatten den hier den d See schönsten Aufenthalt während der Rundreise."

"The property was very nice and pool was excellent. Each unit has a nice patio with table and outdoor seating overlooking the pool . They also have two Weber BBQs with a children play area. Very family friendly. The only complaints are about the signage on the hwy and the access road is more like a jeep trail. I would not recommend taking a car with a low suspension."

"This was an amazing location and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The Lake was beautiful and the in room AC worked well. My only complaint was the difficulty in finding the location. I wish there would have been a sign on the property stating the name of the location. This was an amazing experience."

"The outside living area is very nice with beautiful views of lagoon. Outside area should have been swept/cleaned better before our arrival. The downstairs living area and bathrooms were nice, but the bedrooms/beds left much to be desired. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Overall, the property was good but not great."
