"The staff at checkin was helpful and made a great impression. The room was large, coffee machine with bottled water was a welcomed surprise. Ate at the restaurant and ordered drinks. Cheese plate was good, drinks were pricey and my cosmopolitan was made with OJ....? I could have sent it back but honestly, I'm not that kind of person :) Overall would absolutely return"

"We had a private dorm with one double bed with private bathroom! Wow so clean and quieter than I expected, walls are well insulated. Dining options are affordable! They are staffed 24-7 and it was great when we had an early bus tour we were able to buy a couple coffees before headed out the door. "

"The design of the hotel is lovely and the staff were pleasant to deal with. The room was sufficient and had everything i needed. The rooms could do with a freshen up, there was a lot of chipped paintwork and things just looked shabby, i couldn't tell if the shower was dirty or the grouting was strained. Breakfast was ok, for the peice charged i dont think it was worth it as i think you'll find better in the cafes surrounding the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay "
