First of all, let’s start by saying I was injured in the need of a first aid kit I go to the guest services agent she tells me we don’t have one I was put in a room that the heat took over two hours to come on, and it was freezing After asking a maid to bring clean towels on the morning stopping her as she’s doing rooms she never returned with the towels poor customer service, horrible location someplace I would definitely never stay again and they took my $50 deposit refunded it and took it back with no explanation

There was nothing I liked about this property. From the pot smoking person just sitting in his car to the 2 gals that came over to get high with him. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't let an animal walk on the floor.

It needs a lot of cleaning and the sheets has to gi. New really white ones. The bathroom walls and doors you’ll see spots of dirts. Even if the hotel price is low you have the staff and essentials to make the room clean.

Check in area not welcoming and old, staff was short with customers and when checking out at 5am difficult to get the receptionist as she was sleeping. Did not feel comfortable at this location. Room was clean and had the required facilities though.
