So dirty room toiletries are Wrost used not fill up even my whole stay they don’t clean my room 2 towel for 3 days for water also we have to go lobby and ask.. I suggest to everyone don’t stay there.

Awful.

Only good thing about the hotel was the view from the bedroom. Otherwise the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Cobwebs all over the bathroom wall and other areas. Cleaners making a loud noise from 7am shouting so no sleep after then. Regret staying here.

Disappointing

Stayed an extra few nights due to no train tickets to next destination. I have to say the service was quite poor. No cleaning despite leaving the hanger on the door. As a result ants in room and we ended up buying bug spray. Don't get me wrong we are used to bugs in Thailand but there were no bugs until the cleaners didn't come. I had left hanger on door and spoke to reception the day before requesting cleaner but no one came. We had a leaking toilet and a continuous puddle in bathroom, not sure of the health side of things with this as it was coming from toilet. Again, reported but no one came to resolve so we ended up finding our own towels to wrap around the bottom to soak up the excess water that came each time. Location ok for train station but everything else needs to be looked at.

The bathroom was so dirty it was covered in spiderwebs. We asked them kindly to clean it till we were back at night. The bathroom wasn’t clean after that we had to wait for the cleaning lady’s to arrive. After the came in the seriously asked us what would have been dirty because everything was clean. After they came it was a little bit better but by far not good. We asked for another room but the same thing. After the took off the spiderwebs we had bugs all over the room because there were eggs in it. The lady’s in the lobby weren’t able to talk proper English so the communications was also pretty hard.
