"Sana is a convenient place with a walkable distance to prayer area to gate 328 there are plenty of shops around the area and the breakfast wasn’t a bad selection was a busy hotel which delayed room service but understandable with the amount of customers they cater for I do recommend this hotel and would stay again price is fair I got charge 110riyal a night for extra bed so wasn’t to bad they don’t attend to check if towels need a change you will have to ask"

"We had problems with the shower. When taking showers the water will stay on the floor and will not drain fast. Have to manually push the water to drain. The staff were excellent from front desk, bellmen and house keeping. Mr Sheriff, I think one of the bellmen was exceptional, he went 200% to help guests with a Wounderful smile. "It was very hard to find the place. All the taxi drivers at the airport did not recognize the name of the hotel. Ultimately we found a driver who is willing to take us to the hotel using GPS. "The hotel is located in a convenient location, it’s about a 20 min walk to Masjid al Nabwi and 5-10 min drive. "the hotel is a fine nice clean place secure,10min from haram great!!! only it is on the border of a old area that is full of flats some creepy hotels and streets not so tidy!!! in front of hotel they are building on a huge piece of land so 24/7 noise trucks drills etc etc this will end for sure maybe year after? overall had a super nice stay .......breakfast must get a upgrade in assortiment not same everyday, a hotel can not serve instant coffee in this market if you want a piece of the pie...

"Overall a wonderful hotel. Excellent location, very close to the Prophet's Mosque. Good breakfast but could do with more meat options and better quality coffee and pastries. There were some issues with the room, listed below: 1. The in-room safe did not work at all. We told Guest Relations but nothing was done for the entire time we were there. 2.
