No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. "The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "

"The hotel staff are great, the breakfast bar is fantastic, the room was generous sized & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. But there are a few negatives. The room could definitely get some talc, the flooring was broken away in spots, the tub/shower was hard to contain without water ending up all over, which resulted in some of the trim being wet & rotted looking over the years. Hotel Palacio Santa Ines-Great place to be at

"Hotel is in great location for walk to Alhambra, near hop on hop off bus and has so many shops, restaurants, Traditional tapas bars, cafes and places of interest within short walking distance. Hotel is a lovely old renovation that has so many quirky, traditional furniture in. All well maintained, very clean with comfortable and crisp bedding. You even have tea/coffee facilities in the room. "

"Liked desk staff ( Cathy ) location just off plaza Nueva and Main Streets just next to Albacin and cathedral. Loads of good restaurants, cafes, shopping and great access to the sights. a little noisy as the steer cleaners and restaurants and stores are re supplied in the early morning but not a major issue.v Comfortable room and bed. Very well cared for. Good elevators. Connection to internet was for some reason a little patchy. Hotel router always on but the outside connection to internet went on and off- may be a local city issue. "
