However, I feel that for the size of hotel, which is quite large, one lift does not provide sufficient capacity to cope with the aged population that frequents the hotel. A large proportion use walking aids or wheelchairs of some description so one lift throughout the hotel does not cope with the needs of the majority of their clientele. However, the staff...
