"The property and people were great starting with the doormen, hotel staff, restaurant employees, maids and front desk staff. Annika was a great concierge. All of the front desk staff was great and informative. Adean, Chloe, and Clotilde (I think) were great. Adean went above and beyond to acquire a product for us and Chloe made us feel like family. I appreciated that parking was included since many attractions that didn't include a group tour were not in the neighborhood. I hope to visit your new facility in the future. "Perfect! We rented a car and had multiple day trips planned and this hotel was perfect from it. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop our bags (and even had them in our room waiting for us when we came back). The room was spacious with almost any amenity you’d want including a very well stocked kitchen. We had fresh coconut bread waiting for us too. They even had washcloths and a makeup remover washcloth which is unusual for hotel rooms these days. It was basically a luxury hotel on a budget. We were provided with a clicker to get the car in/out for the gate. They have a small pool, spa and gym. And the grounds were maintained. The real highlight is the staff. Marlin provided recommendations and contacts to tour guides. Between him and the other girl, they made us feel more than welcome and it just elevated the entire experience. The owner was in contact frequently via messages, making sure the stay was as expected. This place went beyond my expectations and I would hands down stay here again. You should do yourself a favor, and just book this place now"

The restaurant is convenient and such a comfortable place to relax and chill and grab a quick bite before you're off to your next adventure. Great place to use as a base for trips and excursions, especially if headed to the water taxi, which is a very short walk. "
