"Pretty old property"

"Pros-Great location, very clean, nice bedding. Cons- Small room and beds, coffee marker didn’t work, and windows didn't seal properly. Had to ask for VIP extras."

"all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The first one that I had had a malfunctioning toilet so I had to move. I have booked a room with the city view and the room I received faced another wall. The heater was noisy. So was the refrigerator. because it was a sweet, at night, I could not hear the refrigerator but I did hear the heater. The location is very convenient to take BART to San Francisco. ALTHOUGH I HAVE SOME CRITICISMS, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN."

"Hotel is good. Rooms are recently remodeled and clean. Beds are comfortable. Good for a budget hotel, rooms were cleaned well every day. The only down side was the "breakfast"...only a couple of packaged muffins, cereal and a coffee maker....kinda a waste of time, had to go out to get breakfast. Like the location....not too far from campus"
