"Boutique hotel with a nice charm. Location is unbeatable, walking distance to rodeo drive and plenty of coffee shops. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The only issue was the shower setup of room, shower curtains not long enough causing them to get sucked in and stick to you as you shower, also water easily drips outside shower needing you to use towels to soak it up."

"My husband and I had a fantastic stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Due to a mistake with the room listing on Expedia we were given a free upgrade to the King Suite, which was a lovely touch. The check in and check out procedure was quick and easy, and we received our deposit back almost instantly, had no issues with the room access codes. The property has an "old Hollywood" kind of vibe which we loved, we didn't find the noise from Santa Monica Boulevard to be a problem at all,...
