Do you want to spend 200 dollars per night to experience the life of fungi? The supposedly 4 star hotel features unbeatable terrible and humid smell inside the room that wakes one up multiple times during the night. The bathroom is a steaming sauna with water spilled all over. Room services have to be requested but was never previously communicated upon checking in. When issues were brought up to the front desk, you receive a nasty attitude and barely any solutions. Look elsewhere!

The day before checking in I called several times to request a crib to be placed in our room but no one picked up the phone. When we arrived the receptionist told us there is no crib in this property and suggested to cancel our reservation and book a new one at their sister property, Mosaic Hotel. I disagreed as it was their shortcoming of answering the phone. Finally, he said he will fetch one from the other hotel and we checked in to our room, 10 minutes later someone else came to the room and said cribs are not allowed for infant and it is not safe and suggested to give us another room with 2/3 of the price so that we have more space! such a ridiculous reasoning and suggestion! We have traveled all around the world with our oldest child and has never heard of crib not being safe! When I disagreed they finally brought us the crib and made us to sign a waiver! The room was so small and the air conditioning didn't work properly and I had to put so many more layers on my infant. The day after we notified them about the air conditioning and they sent a technician and he said this can't be fixed and moved us to the adjacent room which was a bit bigger, I wonder why didn't they put us in that room to begin with. All I can think of is, they wanted to force to get an extra room and pay for it or move us to the other hotel that was way more expensive due to last minute reservation. Also, parking was $45 per night instead of $40! Also no bar, food or even coffee in this property!

Enter the Twilight Zone Avoid at all costs. The hotel is run down and should have been refurbished 15 years ago. The carpets are stained. The paint is peeling. The bathroom is spacious. The shower drips slow and there is no switch to fill the bathtub. Only 2 towels, a bath towel and a washcloth. Aside from coffee and a bar with limited hours there are no services I could continue but I won’t. Not coming back.
