Hot location is true ski in/out. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical...

"The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. "Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room."

"Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing...
