"The actual hotel was a lovely place to stay overall. Our room was clean as was the hotel and the staff were friendly. There were two different chairs in our room which was a bonus but weren't the most comfortable to sit in. There was a sign saying this was the only place you were allowed to charge your mobile phones, but none of the usb charging points worked, so we used our plugs with usb socket elsewhere. We did report this the next day when checking out and were told it would be reported to...

"Fantastic location for central Birmingham! We had a private room which was very spacious and clean. And the price was around half of staying in a local hotel. Staff were great, easy free parking right outside after 6pm on a Saturday which was ideal and visible CCTV outside which was reassuring. Really impressed with this place, would definitely return next time we’re in Birmingham! "

"Hotel clean but in process of being repainted. Hotel not in nicest area but very close to bullring and practically opposite grand central station. Car park is a 5 minute walk away and you have to pay daily rate while it is cheaper it still adds to cost. Car park is secure but so secure we couldnt get back in as nobody answered the phone and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to coming out to get in. "
