"Very friendly welcome and check in. Positive first impression of reception area. Room was generally in good condition, clean and well-presented. Everything worked, plenty of hot water in powerful shower. Food quality very good for the price, varied menu options each day for dinner. The bed suited my preference just right, as did the pillows. Sheets and linen were clean and fresh. Only slight criticism would be that behind the beds needed hoovering, it was a little dusty (something I only noticed because I dropped something) and the bathroom window needed cleaning. Overall however, I very much enjoyed the stay. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly but also smartly presented and professional. Would happily stay again. "

"We have been coming to this Hotel for years always get a friendly welcome & feel it offers very good service & price. Managed to get a free upgrade to a very spacious & beautiful suite which enhanced our trip how lovely! The place is spotless,staff always helpful & the food is hot, tasty & suits every palate & allergies. Very near to the town so only a short walk so perfect really!"

"What an amazing find.. my husband was rushed to blackpool hospital, therefore i just wanted a place to stay nearby and the right price .. wow this hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely. Whoever the owners / managers are, you should be proud to have such fabulous staff. I somehow managed to get an update and the room to be honest is one of the nicest places ive stayed in and i love hotels whereby you need your card to get to the landings.. it just makes it all the better when youre on your own.."
