"I want to acknowledge the extraordinary kindness I experienced from your staff at check in and the massage staff in the health spa. One of my close relations had to cancel at the last minute due to a serious health condition. When i shared this information with Jana at check in and Charlotte in the massage department they were extremely understanding and kind. I felt really supported and appreciated their help. I want to pay tribute to both of these members of staff for their generosity and kindness. "My wife and myself stayed here for two nights. Easy check-in. The swimming pool was clean and nice to have . The bar and restaurant was clean and the staff were very helpful. Especially Anthony and Sabina. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. Our room was on the 4th floor. Which was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again "
