I checked in using the kiosk, but my keys didn't work. I went back to front desk where they were quick to give me another room and a working key.

I’ve stayed at Caesar’s palace before and I must say I was a little disappointed this time around. I booked a king room on the Octavious tower but at check in they told me that they have “upgraded” my stay to a room at the palace tower instead… bigger and with a room. The palace tower is far from the entrance, is probably a 15 minutes walk inside the casino to get to that tower. The room had 2 full beds, not very comfortable, the view was to the parking lot and the room was old and worn out. At check out the tried to charge me $533 for minibar that I never took… they notice and fixed it, but I had to do a 20 minute line just to get it resolved.. not my best time there and I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

During CES. Rate and location were reasonable

The lobby was very loud. We had to call security twice to end the loud party in the room next to ours. Not sire if the first call to security resulted in any action at all.

Despite booking in advance and carefully planning my trip to Vegas, I had to be somewhere immediately after check-in and didn’t have much time upon arrival. However, my room wasn’t ready, and I had to wait quite a while. After expressing my frustration to the staff and explaining my urgency, they eventually gave me a room. Once I checked in, I realized the room hadn’t even been cleaned from the previous guest, so I had to go back to reception again. It was overwhelming, and the delay affected my night plans. However, after finally getting a proper room, everything went smoothly, and the rest of the trip was great.
