The only problem I had were the lobby bathrooms that really needed to be cleaned, way below this hotels standard. My room as always was immaculately clean as always. "

"Location of the Hilton is amazing! It's at the heart of CBD and right across from Queen Victoria building, which is a shopper's paradise. It's also right across the train station. The hotel in itself is very convenient, with an onsite restaurant and a cafe. We ordered breakfast, coffee and hot chocolate at the cafe everyday and it was delicious. We ordered room service from the restaurant, which was also good. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are nice and thoughtful. They even have a separate faucet for drinkable tap water, which saves a lot of plastic waste. I'd highly recommend the hotel, if you are visiting Sydney."
