"Pleasant stay for the most part. Everything was reasonably cleaned and as it should be. Kitchen had all the bare necessities , for our needs. Only hiccup was the water heater has an issue, during our stay. It was taken care of, in less than a day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, at a future date. "

"Loved this cabin! The listing is accurate, and we really enjoyed our stay. Spent an entire day on the porch enjoying nature. Lots of bird sounds, and a few deer ran through the yard right in front of us! The stairs are steep compared to modern homes; we live in an old house, so these stairs were actually easier than we’re used to. Several reviews mention the toilet. Yes, the toilet is in a small space, but the wall is several inches (~4) from the toilet on either side, so if you fit on a...

"Just the perfect getaway. The staff was exceptional. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious and service was above expectations. The only reason I gave the grounds a 4 was it was only 5 weeks after the hurricane and they were doing some remodeling but I lay no blame on the resort. The road to the resort was under repair but they are doing a great job of cleaning up and getting back to business. I highly recommend. "

"I spent two nights at Mountain Mystique to visit with my son over the Thanksgiving holiday. I could not have asked for better accommodations! The cabin was very clean when we arrived and I felt at home immediately. The ambiance was sp very warm, and peaceful. I hope to return to Mountain Mystique within the year! "
