The room was exceptionally large for downtown Boston, with lofted ceilings making it feel even bigger. Very clean and quiet with a comfy bed. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Updated bathroom/shower were a nice surprise. Blown away by how quiet our room was right with it being on the ground floor behind the kitchen ares for the anttached restaurant and also so close to the underground subway system. Actual metal room keys on a keychain were quaint but slightly annoying to have to carry around Boston with you. Super easy check-in and check-out with two big parking garages within a block. We grabbed a spot hero spot in one of the garages for $18 for 24 hrs on a Sat!

I stayed at the Harborside Inn for eight nights, using it as a base for a holiday exploring Boston. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was well organised. I stayed in one of their “cabin” rooms, which are located in the basement. They don’t have any windows, but are very quiet being isolated from external noise. The hotel operates an “on demand” approach to housekeeping, which I was happy with. The room was well appointed with a large bed and decent size TV. There was a restaurant next door (which offered breakfast), although I preferred to venture further afield for meals. There is also a 7-11 at the end of the building which is convenient. I found the hotel’s location ideal, as it was in easy walking distance of lots of the things and places I wanted to visit. In summary, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic area all walkable to do the Freedom trail on your own, across the road from seaport too… hotel could do with an update in bedrooms and en suite but was still clean and tidy… could do with some tea/coffee facility in bedroom… 7/11 supermarket next door which was great for snacks.
