Permit Reminder: Please leave the permits in the apartment upon your checkout. A fine of $200 will apply.

Disputes and Chargebacks: All disputes must 1st be addressed between host and guest. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, all reprocessing fees and all associated legal fees may be applied.
