"The staff were very helpful and kind, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great location in the center of Times Square. We had room service to use the $40 resort fee if you dont use it you lose it as they told us. The food was ok but pricey we got pizzas for kids and breakfast one morning -on booking we assumed breakfast was included its not an over sight on our part. Overall a lovely hotel with helpful staff."

"I loved the service I received. I called for extra blankets and they were promptly delivered. The blankets were warm and smelled clean. The room was immaculate and slept very well The surrounding area is something the hotel cannot control since it is East Elmhurst but the Marriott is the beacon of excellence! Highly recommended!"

"The room was fantastic, very comfy beds, very spacious, super clean, great bathroom and shower. The breakfast food is delicious. The only bad thing is they charge a daily $30 fee for food and beverages (that can only be used until noon) even if you don’t use it."
