"I thought all the staff from check-in to maid service was exceptional, very pleasant. I had an extremely bad incident trying to check out. I gave a staff member a $20 tip to get my suitcases down to the lobby (I hurt my knee skiing). An hour later, my suitcases are not downstairs. The front desk employee was rude and not helpful. "Hotel was beautiful. Sectioned like condos, but you can buy in. Property and amenities were all clean and well taken care of. Wish main hotel had a bar or gathering place for adults, but did have some prescheduled activities. Convenient to use the shuttle service and easy to use free bus service for area. Check-in and out very easy and well detailed. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
