"The place was newly renovated, which made it really nice and clean. The bathroom design was amazing! Unfortunately, there was no kitchen sink, which made washing glasses and dishes quite challenging. My kids and I enjoyed the pool. Would have been great if the spa was warm. Overall, our overnight stay was worth it and will definitely come back! "

My biggest complaint would be the noise level when you’re in a room facing the Pacific Highway; whilst this cannot be helped by the hotel maybe improving the glazing on the windows would help. Oaks need to upgrade so patrons can actually watch a movie !!!!
