Everything is new- carpeting, linens, bedspreads, towels, paint, new modern furniture, beds, light fixtures, and love the convenient connectors & outlets on each nite stand for phone or tablet charging. I do wish the rooms had a microwave but at least there's one available in the lobby. Price can't be beat for this "new" motel!"
