Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh dishes that truly stood out. A special place. Accommodations were very good, but what really differentiates is service a cut above, always striving to go the extra mile. Complimentary cooked breakfast was excellent. Complimentary drink during happy hour, too. The building is an old mansion converted to a hotel - lots of charm. Centrally located, but nothing in Buffalo is very far (except Highmark stadium). Great value. Would stay again any time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!

Mansion was great! Had a creaky bed spring over one side and toilet constantly ran at first, but not going to fuss and remove a star for that. Tiny, tiny stuff! Staff were great; great location for us. Just walked a couple of blocks for all our stuff.
