"It would have been appreciated if the room had the air conditioning on, when we arrived for the first time, floors were slippery and apartment was stuffy with the humidity. It was really uncomfortable and dangerous walking in. Leaking tap, and not lockable door in second bathroom. For a three bedroom apartment and only to have 1 drying rack for clothes was unacceptable, we had to buy another 2 and leave them there. Will think twice before renting privately again."

"We have stayed here a number of times now, we always book a deluxe one bed apartment. Unfortunately we have struggled to get one that has everything it should and if they do I would say the condition of the fixtures like flooring and sofas etc are below parr. The resort amenities are great though so it's a compromise but all in all nice stay."

"Pre book dinner if you wish to dine at the restaurants as they get full quickly (Japanese us amazing) Plenty for kids to do. But the pools are still not heated so we couldn’t get in the pools."
