We also had trouble figuring out the washer but Victor helped us out with that. It is a very tiny washer and dryer though. It also was extremely hot and humid and only one bedroom had a air conditioner and not a fan in every bedroom. "We loved our stay at Old Mallard. It was clean, spacious and mostly as described. The pool area, although closed, looked a bit messy. The main floor bedrooms were great and the kids loved the bunk room. The dining area was plenty big for 10 of us! There were not any games as listed in the site, but lots of books. The basement and bathrooms need a little work and the basement twin room is rustic. None of this really impacted our stay. Would be nicer with some fixes but we still say the...
