Overall, as far as the property goes, it was as described...clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. The cabin offered premium cable, WIFI, fireplace, washer/dryer and A/C...outside, there was a deck with table and chairs, and a charcoal BBQ, while in the yard, there was a fire pan, and, by the lake, there was a small dock and a canoe (with paddles/PFDs). You have to check in with the Community Center to get parking passes and tags which you have to display whenever you use any of the amenities....large outdoor pool (plus a smaller indoor pool, which is only open in inclement weather), a large Hot Tub, various courts for sports, a small cafe in the clubhouse, and, about a 10 minute walk from the cabin, a small beach and swimming area, with a playground. Around the property, we saw plenty of deer. Groups of them would come out, especially in the morning and at dusk, and they would come up right below the deck, where you could feed them. You have to be careful driving in the area, though, as many of the roads are steep and curvy, and deer do congregate in, and on the sides of the roads. I should mention the driveway of the cabin...it is fairly steep, but it is functional. I drive a big F-250 truck, and had to use 4WD to keep from digging into the gravel, but it worked. In summation, we enjoyed our time at the cabin (Myself, my Wife, and 2 pets, a dog and cat). It was very comfortable, scenic, and we spent most of our time at the pool, or relaxing at the cabin.
