"Property fittings, furniture and appliances need repair/ replacement. Hair Dryer in my room was not Working and the flush needs repair. Proper toileteries weren't provided either. Overall decent stay, but the quality isn't worth the charges. Breakfast buffet was nice. "

"We had a fabulous couple of days at the Palace. Akashdeep was absolutely amazing as were the rest of the staff. Very attentive, helpful and a very personalised experience. We will definitely be coming back to see and hear the beautiful peacocks in the morning over breakfast. Also to listen to the harmonious bansari ( Indian flute) in the morning and the cultural and classical performances in the evening. An absolute amazing experience staying in one of the most beautiful palaces in the pink city. ! "

"I don’t even know where to begin because of how amazing the service was. Everyone was super helpful and would often go out of their way to help. Their guests are truly their first priority. "The check-in was fast. We had a comfortabel, spacious room. The bed was big and not too soft. The breakfast offers a wide range of food. Only the service of the hot drinks was sluggish. "

"Great service provided by the entire team. Hotel is in ideal location, very clean, hotel, rooms comfortable and very clean. Many thanks to Vishal from the reception team who welcomed me to the hotel and always checked that all was ok with me and ensured safe departure from the hotel. Thanks to Vishal for his hospitality and professionalism that he demonstrated in his work. Thanks to Dalveer, and Ranveer and rest of the housekeeping team for ensuring my room was comfortable, clean and all required amenities were in the room. "Great hotel when staying in Jaipur. Rooms are modern and of western standard. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and pillows, decent shower and fabulous view from upper floors. A bit of road noise but im not sure you can avoid that anywhere in Jaipur. Staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and they have a little snack shop in reception as well as a cafe/bar on the rooftop. We would book again if we are ever in Jaipur."
