"In the spa, loved the facial but do NOT recommend the massages; in the restaurants, great reservations, hostesses positivity and timely accommodating at sushi with great service from Oscar. and Penisula Ricardo was a five star dining experience. Felini’s was delectable with victor’s cheese/pasta but the stairs were difficult; the pools were warm, the staff went beyond, the landscaping is picturesque, breakfast hostess Itzel was exceptional, and the drinks had discernible liquor!!! We met the manager of the five restaurants at pacifica and he was delightful and caring. BTW your quality towels and bedding were appreciated. "

"We really enjoyed our time there. You can also take a uber to go downtown it’s only 5 min away. Lots of activities to do on site and really clean. "

"My partner & I stayed here 7 nights in December 2024. We were blown away by how beautiful the resort is and how great the food options were, especially the all inclusive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and always gave a welcome smile. The resort is laid back with a good mixture of families and couples. You can make it as relaxing or as exciting as you prefer. We preferred a more laid back; quiet vacation and we were able to achieve that without issue! We found a great spot near the ocean that had great seating to watch the sunrise in the mornings and great stargazing at night. We also were able to see whales in the ocean during the daytime. The service by the pool at the Blu restaurant was wonderful. Daniel took care of us every day and he was so nice and always had our drinks ready for us. We loved it so much here we became members and will be returning again in April. Our new favorite place!"

"Beautiful location. Gardens were gorgeous. Pools were beautiful. Appreciated the upgrade to a suite. There were a couple issues. A shower door handle was loose, 3-4 of the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work. Staff very responsive. Room service fast! Need more personnel serving at pool. Restaurants were wonderful. "

"The amenities were great, as was the food. I found the size of the resort a bit overwhelming but did manage to find my way around. We did, unfortunately, have smokers either above or below our room and that was annoying. It made it difficult for us to enjoy our deck. I think the 'no smoking' rule should be enforced. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Loved the swimming pool!"

"We love staying here and love the staff and the food. We are return guests. But if you’re looking for a party vibe this is not the place. One thing that would be nice is live music and a place to dance at least one night on the weekend (either in the bar area or outside where their have their nightly shows) but overall a great place for R & R. Definitely will go back again. "
