"Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. "Excellent hotel in great location outside the “heart” of the Hoi An noise but only a few mins walk to the night market and old town. Lovely pool with river view when good weather allows. Breakfast was included and had a decent selection (special shout out to Hang the F & B manager!) and all the staff were pleasant and friendly. "I like its peaceful and quiet location , yet being fairly close to the Old Town and the coin laundry. The receptionist was helpful in arranging local tours, airport transfer and recommended a repairer for my damaged luggage. The aircon and amenities was well maintained, however it was hard to put my toiletries properly as the giant faucet took up almost all the space."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The family are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us arrange transport and we rented bikes from them too. The home stay is in a good location , a short walk and you are in the middle of Hoi An old town The room is comfortable and the balcony over looking the street below is a good addition to the room.
