"It was amazing. The place was perfect for us.The lay out was wonderful. We had adult children and a new baby. We could walk to the beach. It was dog friendly. I paid extra for the heated pool, but since there were no lights in the pool, or in the yard, the kids were afraid to swim at night. The Pacific Coast Highway is a beautiful stretch of road, just not when it runs right outside the house. The residence could use updating, a new toaster oven, and some new pots & pans. We also would have liked the ability to watch local news and weather but the tv can only be used with any streaming services for which the guest has subscription services. "

"We booked the property to stay at for my family traveling for an event. The property was very clean, beds comfortable and had a nicely equipped kitchen. When we couldn’t figure out the hot tub, the management was very responsive and helpful in getting things figured out. We really enjoyed the heated pool after that! I was happy to have lots of towels. There was also an abundance of tvs making this a great chill pad for my crew. "

"We made our way to the place and were greeted once we arrived (late due to heavy traffic), and given the grand tour of the place. It was lovely from the outset, and was the perfect base as we explored the area. A couple things you need to know if you're reading the other comments: Elite apartment is the only one that has the south balcony over the ocean (it is rentable and not the owners suite). The other two say resort view as you can't see the ocean from your apartment but can right outside your door on your deckbetween the buildings. The wall switches control the BOTTOM outlets.
