"Our room was extremely nice and very clean. My issue was with the staff. I had three interactions with the front desk and all three interactions I found the staff to be unfriendly and somewhat standoffish. No smiles, one word answers, just not welcoming. When checking in, the man just basically handed us our keys. Didn't tell us anything about a hotel or welcome us or anything. In fact, he sent us to a room that didn't even exist. "Stayed here for an event at TD Garden and it was great. Will be staying again ! Felt safe, it was close to everything. The hotel closed the doors after event so there is no randoms in the lobby which I loved ! It was very clean, modern the aesthetic is unbelievable! "
