"A lovely and unique space to spend some quiet time, engage in wellness activities, or enjoy Venao without the having to stay there. The domes are well appointed and comfortable. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000.
