"The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000.
