Affordable accommodations, but bare bone facilities. The AC could not get the temperature below 25 Celsius and wifi and cell signal in the room barely functional. The pool is nice and wifi at the restaurant works well. Direct access to the beach was also great. And of course can’t beat the price we were able to get the room for $80/night all in, which is hard to beat.

A bit older than many of the properties in the hotel zone, but rooms have been renovated as best as possible without totally gutting them. Pool, restaurant, and beach all were awesome. Could see the sunrise from my balcony, although, I walked down to the beach for a quick swim

Old building with a few maintenance, the building has multiple owners so no lobby, no closet, AC no working properly (no less than 24 C) and it make a pond just at the entrance, vanity faucet no working properly, 1 cockroach, nice pool 5/5, nice view from the balcony.

The staff was very accommodating and letting us check in early. The communication was excellent. However, I think they need to upgrade/renovate their reception area and add a microwave to the kitchen in the room. The room was spacious, The bed was comfortable. The room could use a little upgrade. Overall, I will book again in the future.

Stay away. Choose somewhere else
Check in was alright. Couldn’t find the correct check in lobby because there were multiple’owners’ who list their condos. The elevators are small. The door to room was dark and hard to see key pad to enter code. The layout of room was bad. There were cracks in ceiling and walls. The beds were hard rocks and pillows just as bad. Very flimsy sheets that didn’t look clean. Only 2 bath towels, shower was cold barely hot water at all. Had a water leak under the kitchen area which was bad and didn’t have towels to clean it up. Went to the front desk at 9pm and it was closed even though online it said it was open until 1030pm, because I complained in the follow up email had maintenance drop by around 1130pm which was very good because I had to be up for an excursion by 4am. Which would have been better if front desk was open when I went. Anyway. No WIFI because you are too far away from the extenders. A/c barely cooled room and leaked on the 2nd day all the way until we checked out. I wouldn’t suggest this place at all

Pésimo servicio, llegue y habían cancelado mi reservacion sin previo aviso diciendo que no había pasado la tarjeta aun cuando en mi estado de cuenta si aparecía el cargo, se comprometieron a regresarme el dinero pero nunca lo hicieron a pesar de que los contacte muchas veces al respecto.

Lord have Mercy where do I start? 1st room I had, sheets was dirty and the wall, kitchenette look like it was falling off the hinge, then there was a huge wall dividing the room between me and my son so it felt like we were isolated from each other on vacation. I couldn’t do it, I requested another room which they try to increase the rate, but I wasn’t having it, The second room bed had a sinkhole, the sheets felt dirty, no hot water, and when they finally claim to fix it it was like warm and remained that way until we left, the room smelt fowl as if they had a septic issue. On request they did provide a microwave but this was a horrible experience for a room that cost 400 us for 4 nights. Let’s not forget the roach in the bathroom. After speaking to multiple renters one African guy had water filling up his rm from a leaking refrigerator, others who did AirBnb seemed satisfied. It appears it’s different owners but the rental I got through cheap tickets maybe is used for prostitution not for decent families who wants to have a happy vacation, I would have left from day one if only it was refundable!! NEVER AGAIN!! It was my second time in Cancun and this *hortel* made it uncomfortable even my son complained about back pain from the cheap mattress and he’s only 14!! SAME ON YOU TO TAKE PEOPLE MONEY AND GIVE THEM THIS..

They need to put some of the money in maintenance
Old and stained towels, the bathroom in the worst/ poorest condition you can imagine ( see picture below),dirty room, no towels for pool/beach, mattresses so old that you slept in a hole, air conditioning did not cool, the food and the hotel were super expensive , as it is a resort and apartments. I will never ever go back to that place again…

One of the stuff, his name was Victor, he was wonderful and helpful. I really thank him for giving us informations that he provided. The hotel room was really different from what I saw on pictures. I was really disappointed about it. There was no hairdryer, Refrigerator wasn’t working, Hot water wasn’t hot enough.
