Flamingo Resort has friendly staff to assist you with anything you need. Great hospitality! If you enjoy real Mexican cuisine, you are in good place. The servers are there to help you with anything you need. I have enjoy the Flamingo Resort and highly recommend.

I liked the cleaniness of the beach and property. The hotel seemed under staffed and it was clearly seen in the restaurant. The waiters tried to accommodate but it was obvious that it was not enough.

I have seen mixed reviews and I was surprised by this resort. Amazing beach and access, AC was cool in the room, everything worked, wifi wasn’t bad for Cancun and the food was good enough to have seconds. It’s not a 5star in Tulum but def not a bad place to spend a few days in Cancun

We stayed here for 2 weeks. I honestly came with low expectations, but I would return to stay again! Property is older but clean and does look good. WiFi was not great in our rooms. We had to go to the common areas for it to work best. But I was fine with the chance to disconnect. We had booked regular rooms and were upgraded to ocean facing rooms. That was a huge bonus to us! The food was simple and maybe not as huge a selection as other places, but we still managed to eat too much! My son is Celiac and the chef and waiters went out of their way each meal to either cook him special food or show us what he could eat. He did not get sick once. We were very thankful for the attention they paid to his care. The beach is amazing and the proximity to other entertainment on the hotel zone was good. This resort suited our needs perfectly for the reasons we needed. I would definitely return!

It was a beautiful view from our swim up suite. The staff were all amazing and very accomodating. Just wish the resort had more options for room service food and food to your room. The wifi was very bad in our room which was also disappointing. Otherwise had quite an amazing week!

The property is a good location, some of the staff is rude . I went to the buffet and the waiter never came to ask if we needed anything or serve drinks. They also did maintenance in one of the rooms which caused noise, you are there to relax to hear the drill or hitting the wall. The front office also called us to our room a day before asking if we were checking out already on Friday when we had to check out Saturday. I think they over booked rooms because , I heard a client coming back the next day requesting his room if it was ready, they were sent to a different hotel. I try to make reservations to a restaurant in the hotel according to them it was booked and I try to speak to a manager she said I'm the manager with an attitude, I asked for extra towels and the housekeeper made a face when I requested extra towels.

Want a leaky or noisey room with cafeteria food. Then this is your spot. Ceiling fell on my head in the shower. The lobby had pieces of ceiling falling all over everyone. My aunt woke up in her room with 2inches of water standing in her entire room. This place is so run down. I knew the price was to good to be true.

The beach was beautiful and water clear. The resort was ok if you are staying for the weekend. We upgraded to swim up pool and the toilet didn’t work, swim up pool dirty, next door people was having sex at night outside swim up pool. Imaging!! They don’t clean pool and on top of it someone is having sex in swim up pool. Not good. It’s suppose to be family oriented not adults only. My father’s room shower was not working .. no water was coming out. I would not be staying again at flamingo.

Vacation from Hell!!! You go on vacation so you can relax but this place is doing crazy noisy construction every morning at 8/9am inside the hallways AND outside near the beach Cabanas as well. Cant sleep anywhere! They saw and bang tools all day for 5 day until 5/6pm Next thing the details says there’s 4 restaurants on the resort is not true. There’s only 2 real sit down restaurants and the other two is a small snack bar. Food is below mediocre even albatross which you have to make rsvp a day ahead for dinner is not good at all. Our room also has no vents in the bathroom so there is mold in the bathroom ALSO there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and leaking water the entire stay! We told maintenance guys, people at front desk if we can change rooms, and even someone call our room asking how our stay is. Nothing was done!
