The walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear all noises. The hotel likes to play loud music late into the night and as early as 630 am in the morning. You have to call every night and ask them to turn the music down. There is a lack of hot water. No matter what we did we were only able to get hit water on 1 day during the middle of the day. And we were there for 4 nights. The onsite excursion group that helped us book our Musu museaum snorkeling tour sent us to a different tour place that was not the musu museaum. When asked about it we got arguments stating that we must have told him wrong. We did not tell them wrong as we clearly stated the musu museaum that has hundreds of statues under water. The fitness center was not working as the window was broke. Starbuck is in the place but does not have the ablility to do drinks other than the reg drinks and they do not have whip cream. The breakfast buffet was good but the regular menu items were pricy for what you got.
