The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of walking, specifically the walk to our room. We were on the 3rd floor, which was fine, but our room was at the END of the third floor! My friend has a bad right knee and left ankle, and I have MS, so the amount of walking was grueling. My fault, I’ll know in the future to request a room close to the elevator. I’m sure if I had told them the situation they would have changed our room, but I didn’t.

I will be doing a full review on my YT. Check in lady was amazing. Marketing for sales presentation “staff” was overbearing and invasive of privacy and personal space. Even interrupted me while I was on live stream (data captured) to write on their form that I make over $110k yr although I checked on form that I made over $100k. Sales rep stated I need to write it and sign it. Called me 4 times to discuss. No microwave in unit. Only microwave was a 6 min walk to a market. Microwave behind staff counter and you have to advise them how much time Room was great but Ibdont understand why they had 2 down comforters and 4 sheets on the bed. Food I ordered was amazing. Food service was very courteous. Transportation staff was very courteous as well. I will have a more detailed review with footage on my YT very soon. I will tag Expedia & Westin/MARRIOT

Really beautiful and peaceful view, with plenty of space to lounge outside. Also a great location relative to the airport. Staff were helpful and responsive when I requested a room change due to chemical smells from recent repairs, but the new room on the first floor turned out to be very loud with sound echoing through the lobby and down the hall.

We loved the location near the airport. The breakfast was delicious. Beach was gorgeous and clean. No bugs. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower! We had to leave a place that was walking distance away because of filth and infestation, and we were so grateful to find a room at the Westin for a couple of nights where we had super comfortable beds and all the other comforts we had been lacking elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very good, well maintained property; great buffet breakfast. Thank you! Spa is wonderful but closes earlier than posted. Gym is spacious and well equipped. I loved walking out my patio to the lagoon area; I was hoping to be part of a Mayan ceremony but didn’t see anything going on near the kiva. I did my own yoga as I didn’t see any classes happening. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

I have stayed at this hotel prior and had a great time. This time, the staff was really pushy and agressive when it came to selling timeshares. They tried to make you feel special by saying you have a peraonal concierge when in realiity there responsibility is to sell you on services or timeshares. I get thats how a hotel makes money, but i can't even tell you how many times i was approachedcbycthe hotel staff. They used tactics saying they have a gift for me by the concierge desk (mesh bag) or A coupon for a stwrbucks coffee to lure you in to a conversation. Once you get down to the desk they have to call someone for the gift and then sell to you when you wait. Too pushy amd agressive,.

Hotel was good, water was hot, but window painted closed. Restaurant, the one that looks like a tiki bar, is beautiful, but HOT and the food, especially the pizza is not good. Go elsewhere or order local cuisine, avoid their Italian.
