We loved everything about this resort except one thing, the cold pool. Very cold we couldnt even swim in the big one. The one in the front was a little warmer. They have a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and not outdated. The buffet is not super big but the food was actually good. We tried the Italian and Mexican restaurant and they were both excellent.

Beautiful resort with good food options throughout the day. Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Steps away from the blue/turquoise beach makes a perfect getaway. Beach and pool volleyball hosted by the hotel staff was fun. Lines at restaurants were reasonable at opening time, much less a couple hours later. Although inside of the property is showing signs of age, it is well kept and very clean. We will consider coming back. Highly recommended resort for families.

Really nice beach. A lot of children and families and lots of fun. Could hear screaming in the hallways late at night or early in the morning often. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive hotels. Would recommend for sure but could see why its not for everyone!

The location of this property is perfect. It’s about 10 minutes away from the mall and other nearby places. You have access to the beach and it is very clean places to stay. The cons are that there is not much to do at the resort there is no entertainment while you’re at the resort and the food is not very good. Also, the restaurants close pretty early . I wish this resort was more fun but there were no attractions on site . No crowd interactions . I’ve stayed in previous resorts where a lot of dancing and entertainment was encouraged pool side .

The staff were the best, very helpful & courteous. Food options were varied & the ingredients were fresh. The downside, so many people saving chairs even though they did not use them for the whole day. The entrance to the pirate pool is very sloped& slippery, making it dangerous for falling. (2 of our members fell entering the pool)

It was my first time to Cancun and at this resort. The resort is great with all the facilities provided. -ve 1. Just that there are only 2 pools and it is not that big 2. also there is no separate pool for kids , so kids are also in the same pool as adults 3. The food was but repetitive. ve 1. The location was good. 2. Alcohol and food always available until midnight 3. I love the snack bar for coffee and the fact it was open 24x7 4. There are 5 restaurants

This was our sixth trip to Cancun and the Wyndham allure. It seems that every trip gets better and better wonderful food. Wonderful staff makes you feel right at home. Can’t say enough good things about it.
