"I was debating myself between the Hilton and the Hyatt hotel for my vacations in Cartagena. I am glad my choice was for the Hilton. The service is excellent, they are super kind and they do their best for you to spend a good time during your estance. The only con I can mention is that when I went to Las Chivas restaurant, the waiters were distracted and not very attentive. Except for that, I highly recommend. "
