"Overall Beautiful resort , the rooms are a bit dated but not a big deal. They had a smart TV which was great! The breakfast buffet was OK. The pools were amazing! Definitely felt safe on the resort, many security guards were present externally and internally. Would recommend for a solo traveler for (safety purposes) couple or family."

"We loved the hotel and the service, the only thing I would like is that you to fix the floors around the pools, they are raised and it is dangerous for children who play around with the wet floor, my daughter tripped and haired her foot."

Pros: Breakfast: good variety of items Staff: Friendly and helpful Service: When I needed towels or others items, I was able to get it efficiently (about 15 minutes.) Cons: Room: One of the bathrooms smelled of urine. There were small roaches in the desk when food was out. Service: On several occasions I try to call the front desk, but the phone did not work."

"Excellent hotel in Cartagena. I have stayed here over 12 times and keep coming back. Very nice rooftop pool area and housekeeping does a great job. The on site Harry Sasson restaurant has dropped its quality for dinner but there are plenty of places to eat close by."

"The staff was friendly & attentive. However, the hotel's musical amenities only caters to the Spanish culture and no ther culture. People of other cultures were observed sitting around and not able enjoying the musical amenities due to a language barrier. "
