Despite the hustle and bustle of being near Times Square during the New Year’s Eve season, he ensured everything was seamless and stress-free. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and well cared for, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. The location was unbeatable—convenient, central, and right in the heart of all the action. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a busy day.
