"The hotel staff were very helpful at all times, the breakfast was very good with a good selection, the main meeting areas of the hotel were very good. The room that we stayed in let the hotel down and could really do with a modernisation and upgrade, beds were comfy but little things like plug sockets next to bed etc was missing. Overall the hotel was ok, food was good but rooms could do with an upgrade and TLC. "

"Room was lovely and comfortable however we woke up to no hot water in the whole hotel however I know this isn’t their fault so not marked down for that. One way they did excel is my son has a nut allergy and the restaurant staff were amazing. Brought him fresh food cooked separately rather than breakfast buffet and even provided new cutlery, napkin etc. we have never received this kind of attention to detail ever. It was much appreciated "
