The surrounding buildings and street do not vibe with beautiful hotel. Although it was a short walk downhill to the Roman amphitheater, the uphill climb is not for someone who would rather not exert themselves. Also, our neighbor in the room next door had a cough, which we could hear loud and clear throughout the night. The staff is excellent; the breakfast is mediocre at best.
