"Perfect location adjacent to trsin and bus stations but, as do often in such cases, the immediate area is shabby and the haunt of prostitutes and other street life. No real danger but hardly ideal..The hotel itself is a grand old palazzo with many beautiful features, especially the interior gardens. It's only a 15 minute walk to the nicer parts of Catania. I'd stay here again."

"This is very close to the airport which worked for our early flight. The resort is set up like a beach resort with one story buildings that span the property. There was a band playing the night we stayed that was very loud so I had to wear ear buds to sleep. The rooms seem outdated but were spacious and were good enough for what I needed. The check in process was fast and they were friendly and set up a cab for us for 4 am in the morning. Overall I’m happy with what we got for the price we paid....

"Location is great to walk around Catania. Hotel is a bit difficult to find and is quite old of course. Room was clean and tub was new. Water was warm but not hot making a jacuzzi tub have less value. The staff was very nice and the breakfast good. I would say to stay here if you want a great location. We paid for parking around the corner and it was reasonable and secure."

"The staff were wonderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. We had maintenance people come quickly for a problem with our refrigerator and toilet. The breakfast was outstanding. The lobby is beautiful. The property is a bit aged and needs some updating. "
