"The hotel is up a hill, about 5-10 minutes walk from the Roman ruins so for people with walking difficulties it’s probably not the hotel for you. For us it was wonderful. After the busy streets outside it was a place of perfect calmness for us. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We were on the ground floor but couldn’t hear a sound from the street. The area outside the hotel looks a little rundown, but that’s just Catania. Inside the hotel is beautifully appointed. We had a large comfortable room. Would definitely stay again if we are in Catania."

"The living quarters were loft style which is a favorite for me. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very cute and well organized with many gadgets for the stay. The hotel is central to restaurants and historic buildings and sites. Transportation is convenient and you can find tours and markets that are accessible by just a short walk."

"The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop if you haven’t much baggage. It’s very close to the metro station which is one stop from the train station. This was very convenient for me since I used Catania as a base to explore Taormina and Siracusa. It is around 15 minutes walk from the duomo and main tourist sites. The restaurant behind the hotel had live music outdoors but it was quiet by 11 pm. The breakfast buffet was very good with a fine array of choices. Management was very prompt in replying to queries on WhatsApp. Highly recommended. "
