"I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Cala Del Mar. I cannot wait to return. It was the most romantic and luxurious stay I could have ever imagined and I have traveled all of the world and stayed in some incredible places. "This is a lovely property with friendly and very helpful staff. The beach is clean and beautiful and beach staff is great. The pools could use a little maintenance on things like broken tiles, but appeared overall clean and inviting. Spa staff was great. Only hazard I ran into was the two steps down off the bed in the middle of the night."

"Marea has great management and staff, from Sofia and Luisa who helped me book tours that were just right for my family to Jaime and Jenni at the front desk and the amazing bar and restaurant crew - Fernando, Rodrigo, Carlos and Tirso! Marea is on a 20 km stretch of pure white sand each with almost no one around! The staff at the front desk seemed to lack knowledge of the area and weren’t particularly helpful. So we approached the waiters who spoke English for information.
