"We were visiting NYC for my b-day and were doing a number of things around the Times Square/Rockefellar Plaza area so the location was excellent! It's a very nice hotel, nice swanky bar and lovely restaurant. Every member of the staff was freindly. We had a good-sized room and the shower was wonderful. I do wish they had better in-room dining options (a pot/caraffe of coffee versus having to order individual cups would have made the mornings better). And I would have preferred a firmer mattress...
